Summary: As a Project Lead you will act as an interface in the areas of verification and validation. You will coordinate with international and cross-site testing team members. You will actively participate in building and developing the testing team in the areas of testing, test environment development and test bench maintenance, guidance, and technical mentorship. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and monitoring of all test activities in the areas of infotainment and connected technologies. 2. You will develop fitting test strategies, specify new test cases, and implement automated test suites. 3. You will analyze and interpret the test results obtained, discuss them with experts, and support in optimizing the testing processes. 4. You will test infotainment systems in close cooperation with our customers and process partners and contribute to the development of innovative technologies. 5. You will be responsible for the delivery of results within the project which also includes the maintenance of hardware peripherals and the laboratory environment. Professional & Technical Skills: 1. Overall, 10 to 13 years of experience in testing and validation domain, with at least 7 years of experience in automotive domain 2. You must have gained some practical experience with the Atlassian Toolchain (Jira, Confluence, etc.) or a programming language such as Python or C# 3. You should have working experience in assembling a test bench (HIL), you should be able to easily work with hardware and electronic components. 4. Deep understanding of the V-Model and various V&V methodologies, including system testing, integration testing, regression testing, Functional testing. 5. Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM/Quality Center) and configuration management practices. 6. Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools relevant to the project domain (e.g., Python/Selenium for software, specific hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) tools for embedded systems). 7. Strong background in requirements engineering and traceability management, ensuring complete coverage of system requirements by test cases. 8. Ability to interpret complex technical specifications, architectures, and design documents to derive effective test strategies. 9. Knowledge of relevant programming/scripting languages for test automation and data analysis.( Robo framework, ECU test, CAPL). 10. Experience in test strategy creation, Test planning and ensuring usage of tools. 11. Guide & mentor teams working in technology, you are an an excellent team player with very good communication skills. 12. You have strong leadership skills and are comfortable organizing your colleague’s work. 13. You have a strong ability to think analytically, you have a well-established professional network. 14. You have an independent and structured way of working. 15. You have excellent problem solving and debugging skills. 16. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: 1. The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Embedded Product Verification & Validation. 2. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. 3. A Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Electrical Instrumentation is required.
