Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service organization across the region (Czech, Germany, Italy). This role is pivotal in enhancing customer relationships, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and championing digital transformation within our customer service functions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Managing the activities of a high-performing customer service team at OPCO/Region Central Europe Level and ensuring effective delivery of service to all levels of internal and external customers
  • Establishing and fostering continuous process improvement and efficiency in collaboration with all functions (stakeholders) in the End-2-End supply chain and a strong focus to support the digital transformation journey
  • Continuously creates, tracks, and refines relevant service-related KPIs such as OTIF and other performance evaluation methods to drive business progress
  • Handling of customer complaints and escalations
  • Maintains a positive, productive service environment which drives a customer-focused culture. Works to improve employee engagement
  • Assisting the export region to improve the export ambitions

Ideal Candidate (Qualifications):

  • University degree in the field of business administration, supply chain, engineering or similar
  • You have at least 5 years of work experience in a comparable or relevant managerial position in Customer Services, Sales or Logistics within a multinational company (experience in order handling, including terms and (payment) conditions, product base, packing, service and logistic solutions and solving problems)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to create and execute customer-centric service-based solutions
  • A catalyst for change, a person who can make changes happen by inspiring and influencing
  • An inquisitive approach, able to identify risks and opportunities for appropriate follow up
  • Local language and fluent in English
