Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the project, and providing technical expertise and guidance. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Manage the entire application development lifecycle, including planning, testing, and deployment. - Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project timelines and deliverables. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications. - Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. - Document application design, architecture, and processes. - Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing sessions for team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Experience in designing and implementing SAP PP modules. - Strong knowledge of production planning and control processes. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP PP functionalities. - Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules. - Experience in leading application development projects. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - This position is based at our Nagpur office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
