A Day in the Life

This role offers a unique opportunity to join one of the world’s leading medical technology companies and contribute to a team dedicated to alleviating pain, restoring health, and extending life.

This role will be based in Jakarta and will focus on developing the OT business.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Commercial & Technical Excellence

  • Drive Sales In and Sales Out performance in OT execution nationwide, with a strong focus on sustainable growth and sales linearity across the year.

  • Partner with Marketing to support OT‑focused growth initiatives, incl. support education programs, workshops, customer conversions, technology upgrades, SAM (Strategic Accounts), and DRO (Distributor Relationship Officers).

  • Ensure optimal support during live cases, evaluations, and complex procedures.

  • Ensure readiness for NPIs and portfolio expansions.

Leadership & People Management

  • Lead and develop the OT team across Indonesia.

  • Build a high-performing culture focused on professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity.

  • Drive structured training and competency development for OT team.

Cross‑Functional & Channel Collaboration

  • Work closely with Channel Partners and internal stakeholders to ensure aligned OT execution.

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams to contribute to forecast accuracy by providing structured field insights on pipeline, procedure trends, and portfolio adoption.

  • Act as the OT technical voice into commercial planning and GTM discussions.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree with a minimum 10 years of relevant experience

  • Practical sales, business development and management knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics for one or more products.
