Pay Range: $140,000- $150,000 annually

Job Summary
The Northeast Corporate Director of Human Resources serves as the strategic HR leader for a defined region of hotel properties. This role is responsible for overseeing multi-property HR operations, driving regional compliance, championing associate engagement, and developing a sustainable talent pipeline. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and serve as a trusted advisor to hotel leadership teams.
