Job Description

As Key Account Manager, you will build and manage strategic customer relationships, drive sustainable sales growth, and position the company as a partner of choice for key accounts across the Israeli life sciences market. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a growing local organization within a global industry leader, with direct impact on shaping market presence, customer perception, and commercial success through strategic account development and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify opportunities and drive growth across life sciences and medical organizations
  • Own the full sales cycle within key accounts, from RFP through contracting, delivery, and post-sale follow-up
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with startups, biotech, and pharmaceutical companies by applying strong industry and regulatory knowledge
  • Analyze market and competitive dynamics, translating insights into actionable growth opportunities
  • Deliver customer-centric solutions, tailoring offerings to meet customers’ critical needs and long-term objectives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years’ experience in account development, sales, or similar roles within biotech or biopharma
  • Proven ability to build strategic relationships and identify growth opportunities across the biotech/biopharma ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of industry landscapes, including regulatory environments and market trends
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with a track record of delivering results
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew required
