The ideal candidate will act as the team leader of the existing development team, ensuring on-site management and oversight of the team's daily operations.

This role is critical to the success of our projects and in creating a collaborative and productive work environment.

The main responsibilities include:

• Grow the Development Team by expanding its capacity and capabilities, mentoring junior developers, and providing technical guidance.

• Contribute to the Blackstar Stream Development team by working on the "Blackstar" stream, a high-priority initiative, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver software solutions.

• Oversee daily operations by overseeing team activities and ensuring project deadlines are met while adhering to coding standards.

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing strategies to boost efficiency and quality.

Profile:

• Master’s Degree in IT or a related field

• 8+ years of experience working with C# and related .NET technologies within global enterprise solutions

• Experience with RDBMS and SQL

• Ideally, experience leading a development team

• Knowledge of .NET Framework or .NET Core (C#)

• Understanding of architectural and messaging patterns

• Experience in .NET UI frameworks, such as WPF or Blazor

• Knowledge of SQL Server

• Very good level of English (written and spoken)

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Team player with a sense of urgency and respect for deadlines

• Good time management skills

• Process-oriented individual
