You will build and lead CoreWeave’s Networking and Storage Product organizations—the teams responsible for the high-performance interconnects, data pipelines, and storage systems that power the world’s most demanding AI training and inference workloads. This team operates at the intersection of hardware engineering, software-defined infrastructure, and customer success, delivering the “pipes and persistence” that keep GPUs running at peak efficiency.
As Senior Director of Product, Networking & Storage, you will define and execute the multi-year product strategy for CoreWeave’s networking fabric, storage platforms, and data services. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll partner closely with Engineering, the Office of the CTO, and executive leadership to balance rapid innovation with long-term architectural integrity. You will lead a team of Product Managers, engage directly with enterprise and AI lab customers, and ensure CoreWeave remains the gold standard for large-scale AI infrastructure. This is a highly visible leadership role with broad influence across product, technology, and go-to-market strategy.

The base salary range for this role is $233,000 to $341,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
