The TCS Advisor supports customers by ensuring competent, fast, and solution-oriented processing of technical service inquiries. The role is responsible for handling service requests, creating service orders, managing complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the technical services area. The TCS Advisor also collects customer feedback and insights to help improve products, services, and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming technical service requests, including requests received by phone.
• Record customer requests accurately in the case management system.
• Provide first-level support through remote service.
• Process additional telephone customer inquiries, including service status updates and TCS-related complaints.
• Create and manage service orders related to customer requests.
• Support the professional handling of customer complaints in a solution-oriented manner.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction within the technical services area.
• Collect customer feedback and insights to support continuous improvement of products, services, and processes.
• Provide support and substitution tasks for the Customer Service team when required.

Experience & Requirements

• Completed commercial, technical, or comparable training.
• Good knowledge of SAP G3, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge of the company’s equipment and machine portfolio.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• Technical understanding and ability to support service-related inquiries.
• Good communication skills.
• Customer and sales-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility, resilience, and ability to work effectively in a team.
