The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Financial Analyst to join our Boeing Financial Analysis Commercial Airplanes Supply Chain Hardware team in Everett, WA.
The selected candidate will be the focal for the analysis of monthly hardware actuals, perform variance analysis, and create new Estimates at Completion (EAC) for the 787 program. In this role you will also coordinate and review results with Supply Chain and Program Finance up through Senior Leadership.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops hardware forecasts and/or EACs for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools; financial EACs for contracts or programs
Initiates analysis of: hardware forecasts and/or control account EACs; financial EACs
Compiles data from multiple sources and develops performance reports
Initiates variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to management
Makes recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends
Develops business cases using appropriate indices
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years in a business or finance-related field
Experience identifying trends through data analysis
Experience in a role that required strong analytical capabilities and the ability to analyze large data sets and share conclusions
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Experience with material/hardware cost and analysis
Experience in supply chain or procurement
