About the Role

Report to: Head of Agency Growth & Transformation
Location: Hochiminh City
Function: Agency Distribution | Department: Agency Planning and Strategic Initiatives
Role: Independent Contributor


THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for an Agency Growth and Transformation, Specialist who supports the Strategy and Transformation team in executing organizational strategies, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and assisting in the delivery of projects that enhance customer value, operational efficiency, and distribution performance.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Initiatives & Framework

  • Assist in implementing execution plans for strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
  • Support development of governance structures and frameworks that guide priorities and business objectives.

Project Management

  • Coordinate planning and tracking of cross-functional projects
  • Prepare project documentation, monitor timelines, and escalate risks to ensure delivery standards

Customer Focus

  • Collect and organize customer data for segmentation and targeting analysis to enhance value propositions
  • Support development of tailored propositions for different customer profiles.

Distribution Experience

  • Help identify operational pain points in sales processes and document improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in deployment of digital tools and automated workflows that enhance productivity and customer engagement

Market Insights

  • Gather and consolidate market data, competitor information, and industry trends.
  • Prepare summary reports to support strategic decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience with exposures in sales & distribution, customer experience, project management and strategy (experience in agency is a plus).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proactive and open to learning
  • Creative mindset with willingness to contribute ideas
