Summary: As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. You will understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions, drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs, and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients, analyzing their needs, designing integration solutions, and ensuring successful implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Design and develop integration solutions for clients - Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Ensure successful implementation of integration solutions Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA - Experience with Agile Project Management - Strong understanding of business and system integration - Knowledge of transformation and customer journey - Ability to design functional/application solutions - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
