EU Revenue Analyst, Revenue Cycle Management

Our RCM team is growing and we want to appoint a Billing Analyst, based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

 Our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team in Sofia, Bulgaria is hiring and we want to appoint a Revenue Analyst. The RCM Revenue Analyst will lead in group discussions, foster a positive team environment, and present feedback to management, but not limited to the following:


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Set up contracts in PeopleSoft

  • Creating the revenue plans

  • Creating the billing plans

  • Allocating the revenue plans based on the contract

  • Allocating the bill plans based on the contract

  • Work with Billing Team as needed to address queries related to set-up

  • Coordinate project owner and currency verification process

  • Conduct remote timesheet input in WorkDay

  • Conduct audits of PeopleSoft and WorkDay employee data and reconcile with employee data

  • Conduct audits of PeopleSoft and reconcile with WorkDay time data

  • Analyze time data variances to determine the underlying cause and implement the appropriate resolution to balance the data

  • Initiate messages to employees with outstanding timesheets

  • Inform persistent timesheet offenders, through the use of personal messages, of their responsibilities to complete outstanding timesheets

  • Provide notification to Finance, Contract Management, Resource Management, etc of billcode (a.k.a. project ID) status and other related, material changes

  • Assist in the training of new employees on time sheet completion through the conduct of orientation sessions

  • Advise employees on the use of WorkDay and TAR and provide informal training on an ad hoc basis as requested

Education:

  • Bachelor`s Degree in Finance or Related Field required

Experience:

  • 3+ years business experience within Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field

 Other required work-related experiences:

  • Proficient in Excel and Word (intermediate level)

  • Experience with PeopleSoft or another large ERP

  • Exemplary multi-tasking ability

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact

  • Ability to work in high volume, fast paced team setting to meet deadlines

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
