The objective of this role is to support delivery of the learning strategy of the Treasury & Payments Solutions (TPS) business at BMO.  The key responsibilities for the role will focus on coordinating diverse learning initiatives, supporting the delivery of learning programs, monitoring and tracking success metrics, supporting coordination of the learning budget and supporting other learning priorities as assigned (may include some bilingual facilitation).  The goal is to ensures the effective and efficient execution of all programs.

Key Duties

  • Support learning initiatives in TPS across complex audiences crossing multiple geographies and business lines
  • Project coordination, deliverables tracking, relationship/stakeholder management
  • Supports the development of learning content and oversee the maintenance of existing learning materials for annual review
  • Monitor and track program performance and identify quality issues and success criteria/measures
  • Work independently on a range of complex tasks (e.g. support leaders in managing the learning budget)
  • Bilingual (English and French) facilitation of sessions as needed
  • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in project coordination, learning coordination or related function
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, specifically in content layout, maintaining existing files and presentation building
  • Expert knowledge of Excel, which is used to build reports and organize data into accessible spreadsheets
  • Bilingual (English and French) is required
  • Strong knowledge of project/program management principles and practices
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a complex environment with little supervision
  • Very comfortable with technology
  • Ability to deal with vendors, internal partners, the Learning team and other stakeholders
  • Strong verbal & written communication, collaboration and analytical skills
  • Skills/Experiences that would be an asset:
    • Experience in facilitation
    • Knowledge in Articulate 360 Rise and Storyline
    • LMS experience
    • Graphic Design experience an asset
    • Strong design skill

You're fluent in French and English to support business operations outside the province of Quebec.

Salary:

$54 500,00 - $101 500,00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
