We are seeking an experienced Technical Engineering Program Manager (TEPM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering programs across cross-functional, globally distributed teams. This role requires a strong technical foundation, exceptional program management skills, and the ability to drive alignment between engineering, product, design, and operations to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can balance technical depth with stakeholder communication, and has a proven track record of delivering strategic initiatives in an Agile/Scaled Agile (SAFe) setting.

Program Leadership & Execution

• Drive end-to-end delivery of technical programs, from concept through launch and post-launch support.

• Define program scope, objectives, success criteria, and delivery timelines in collaboration with engineering and product leadership.

• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones.

• Implement Agile, Scrum, or SAFe best practices to ensure efficient execution.
