Project Role Description : Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

Summary: As a Performance Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for diagnosing complex issues that the in-house performance testing team has been unable to resolve. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to analyze performance metrics, conducting thorough assessments of application performance, and implementing effective solutions to enhance system efficiency. You will also participate in capacity planning and validation processes, ensuring that applications meet performance standards and user expectations. Your role will be pivotal in driving improvements across the software development lifecycle and architecture, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Demand Planning. - Strong analytical skills to assess performance data and identify trends. - Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies. - Ability to develop and implement performance optimization strategies. - Familiarity with application performance management techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in BlueYonder Demand Planning. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
