As the firm continues to grow and expand its capabilities, we’re offering an opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience within a leading investment firm and contribute to building the next generation of our technology platform. 

As a member of the Technology team, interns will assist with front-line support across employee hardware, core business applications, and critical third-party systems. This position provides hands-on exposure to enterprise IT operations in a fast-paced hedge fund environment, helping ensure a seamless technology experience for all users while learning best practices in technical support and service delivery.

 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, researching, and resolving basic technical issues under the guidance of senior team members
• Help deliver exceptional customer service & technical support to employees across the firm
• Support the setup and maintenance of computers, software, and user accounts in both office and cloud-based environments
• Participate in onboarding new users and preparing hardware/software for new hires
• Assist with documentation of common support procedures and technical setups
• Learn to deploy & support new IT tools and systems as part of the broader technology team

 Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technology field
• Strong desire to learn and take initiative when solving problems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Basic understanding of Windows systems, Microsoft 365, and general IT concepts
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, or Intune is a plus
• Attention to detail and good documentation habits
• Prior internship or relevant coursework experience is helpful but not required
• Interest in automation or PowerShell scripting is a plus
