For our End User Sales Printing Solutions in Sweden, we are looking for Inside Account Manager, responsible for Corporate, Enterprise, Mid-market and Public segment customers in Sweden.

You have a good knowledge on the general aspects of the job. You will work on assignments where a strong degree of independent judgment, initiative, technical knowledge and consultative selling approach are required to be successful.

Your job, together with our business partners, is to help our customers succeed. You are responsible for delivering the best service in the industry to your appointed customers and partners. You will work in close co-operation with other End-User Account Managers, Technical Consultants and Managed Print Service Specialists in the country. As we are truly international organization, you will also work with many different stakeholders abroad.

This is a sales role where HP think that you use your ears and mouth in a proportional way. You will connect directly with end-customers as well as build strong relationships with our resellers and distribution channel in Printing Solutions area. You will also be helping your clients to innovate and help them to be successful and ensure they make the most out of HP technology and services. This means that you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English.

There will also be large elements of reaching out to HP partners proactively and maintaining regularity in the communication between them and HP. You will be the one pointing at different opportunities that we bring to the table.

In the role of Inside Account Manager, the main tasks will include:

  • Take accountability of your assigned end customers by building a pipeline and business opportunities.

  • Proactively sell products, solutions and services to achieve highest levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Coordination of sales activities.

  • Reach out to partners proactively and maintaining regularity in the communication between them and HP.

  • Actively reach out to your customers to understand potential business opportunities.

  • Hold in-person meetings with potential customers in our showroom by demonstrating a value of HP products, services and solutions.

  • Be confident discussing products, solutions and services and be able to offer support as required to HP´s customers.

  • Assist partners with product information and pricing queries.

  • Execute campaign follow-up and lead management.

  • Support Senior Account Managers to manage their largest customers in Sweden.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE ROLE?

We are looking for a candidate with good sales and communicative skills. You are fluent in both Swedish and English and have interest to grow and develop in your role. You will be provided a comprehensive onboarding for HP processes and guidelines as well as training for HP products, services and solutions portfolio as part of our annual Sales Certification Program. Furthermore, we see that you have the drive, curiosity, enthusiasm and commitment to be successful in your role.

Important for the role:

  • Previous B2B sales experience preferable

  • Strong team player

  • High degree of self-motivation and "can do" attitude

  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels

  • We will attribute great importance to personal suitability
