  • Develops objectives and strategies for the overall effectiveness and execution of marketing events such as trade shows and/or customer related events.
  • Manages and executes projects and marketing plans intended to maximise company exposure and produce sales leads
  • Determines show participation and calendar of events along with the practical day to day management of the associated budget for the entire EMEA organisation.
  • Directs a team to work with internal/external resources to obtain needed materials and services.
  • Directs exhibit design program including production and all aspects of participation.
  • Negotiates contracts and manages relationships with outside vendors either directly, or through the team members.
  • Prepares ROI evaluations of events.
  • Selects develops and evaluates personal to ensure efficient operation of the function.



Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Ability, competence, and confidence to effectively lead people 
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills 
  • Self-motivated with proven capacity to handle change and ambiguity 
  • Ability to explain complex technical problems competently with clinically-oriented managers, sales team, and customers  
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing or related field, with a minimum of 5 years functional experience
