Job Description:
The Total Rewards Benefits and Leave Specialist provides administrative and operational support for our global employees for all total rewards, benefits and leave processes and requests. The role is responsible for HR coordination activities, such as interpreting and executing total rewards, benefits and leave policies and procedures, answering and routing team member questions and concerns, facilitating total rewards and benefits onboarding and offboarding activities, HRIS maintenance, compliance tracking and benefits and leave administration.

What you’ll do:
Provide timely and accurate resolution to queries from employees across total rewards, benefits and leave functions, including benefits and perks, payroll related to total rewards and benefits, time off and leave processes, policies and compliance
Ensure the delivery of critical total rewards processes by becoming a subject matter expert in our HRIS platform to enact employee changes, including hires, departures, benefits, leave, job changes and reorganizations, ensuring high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
Enhance and maintain tools and resources (e.g., SOPs, job aids, FAQs) to facilitate process integrity and self-service capabilities
Support the integrity of our data by proactively running regular audits and reporting related to total rewards, benefits and leave areas
Assist with ad-hoc global projects and other tasks as necessary, in support of People team strategic initiatives, to help the organization scale and achieve business results

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with genuine desire to provide a positive internal customer experience
Proven commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism regarding sensitive employee issues and information
Ability to manage time, multitask, embrace change, and (re)prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Knowledge of and experience supporting total rewards, benefits and leave requirements in EMEA and APAC
Comfort with HRIS systems and maintaining accurate data
Comfort with data reporting, plus unwavering attention to detail
Comfort working with team members across the globe
Experience with Google Applications (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
HRIS (particularly Workday) experience is a plus
Experience with ticketing tools (Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.)
Requirements:
Requires 2 years of professional experience supporting total rewards, benefits and leave processes, policies and administration
Hybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Dublin, Ireland office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
