Le Laboratoire GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) recherche un(e) Chef de Projet Médical Vaccin H/F en CDI à pourvoir dès que possible pour son siège social basé à Rueil Malmaison (92).

VOS PRINCIPALES MISSIONS

Vous assurez le rôle d’expert médical sur votre produit/domaine thérapeutique auprès de vos interlocuteurs en externe et en interne

• Vous participez à l’élaboration du plan stratégique médical et à l’élaboration du plan Leaders
• Vous apportez votre contribution à l’élaboration du plan médico marketing ventes en collaboration avec l’équipe marketing/ventes et vous vous assurez de la mise en oeuvre des actions médicales du plan

Vous contribuez au développement des relations avec les experts externes

• Vous développez et entretenez des relations privilégiées avec les experts externes de votre domaine thérapeutique : en vous assurant de leur connaissance accrue du produit pour une bonne maîtrise de la communication scientifique et l’accompagnement des dossiers d’AMM et post-AMM (HAS)
• Vous êtes responsable de la communication scientifique pour toutes les manifestations nationales (symposiums, journées institutionnelles, workshops, conférences de presse, boards d’experts…)

Vous apportez l’expertise médicale et scientifique aux équipes médicales terrain, marketing et ventes

Vous vous assurez du respect de l’éthique et du code de conduite pour toutes les actions entreprises

VOTRE PROFIL

• Médecin ou Pharmacien de formation, vous avez une expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans un domaine thérapeutique à forte valeur scientifique
• Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience confirmée dans l’industrie pharmaceutique dans un poste similaire
• Vous avez une bonne connaissance en matière de recherche clinique idéalement en immunologie ou vaccinologie
• Vous avez démontré par le passé votre capacité à convaincre, travailler en transversal et vous avez l’esprit d’équipe, montrant une forte aptitude à travailler en multi-tâches et multi-intervenants
• Vous avez la capacité à travailler en mode projet et vous avez une solide expérience en gestion de interactions avec les KOLs
• Vous avez de bonnes capacités d’analyse et de prise d’initiatives
• Votre anglais est opérationnel (écrit et parlé)
• Vous avez une parfaite maitrise des outils informatiques et bureautiques (Pack Office)
