Job Title: Product Manager Intern/contractor, Generative AI

Location: Sunnyvale, California

Job Type: Internship (Long-term)

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar in collaboration with the product team, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and strategies across all platforms
2. Engage with audiences across social media channels to foster community growth and attract new users for Facemoji; promptly respond to inquiries and comments via DMs and comments sections
3. Ensure social media content goes live in a timely manner across channels
4. Create content for social media channels that align with marketing strategies and brand voice
5. Stay informed about competitor and industry trends to generate fresh ideas for social media content and campaigns
6. Analyze the performance of social media channels and content for actionable insights
7. Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed, including website updates and newsletter creation

Qualifications:

1. B.S. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with a focus on crafting engaging social media content, responding to inquiries, and collaborating effectively with team members
3. Proven experience as an active user of various social media platforms, with a focus on social media marketing and campaign management
4. Demonstrated passion for keeping up social media trends across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, Discord, etc.
5. Comfortable with on-camera appearances for creating engaging content
6. Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
7. Sense of humor and creativity in content creation
8. Experience assisting a U.S. company in launching social marketing campaigns or expanding user base
9. Experience with managing social media accounts is a PLUS, and it's highly recommended to submit video samples
