Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow development, a strong understanding of automation technologies (RPA, AI/ML, iPaaS), and the ability to integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems to drive end-to-end automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform, focusing on integrations with third-party systems.
• Design and implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.
• Integrate ServiceNow with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), AI/ML services, and other automation tools.
• Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development, configuration, and performance optimization.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and automation engineers.
• Conduct architectural reviews, gap analysis, and solution assessments.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and automation trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience with Hyperautomation technologies including RPA, AI/ML, and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in agile environments and lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, and other IT governance frameworks.
• Experience in automation strategy and enterprise architecture.
