The Account-to-Report (A2R) organization is a global process-based finance team focused on delivering accurate, compliant, and efficient financial operations while partnering closely with corporate and business finance stakeholders. Based in Bangalore, this role supports the Global A2R organization by driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer-focused financial solutions in alignment with the Johnson & Johnson Credo.
Required Skills: -
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including people leadership
- Strong understanding of global accounting, Intercompany, and controls
- Proven experience in transformation or migration initiatives
Preferred - CA, CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent certification
- Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder influence
- Advanced knowledge of SAP / S4 Hana and automation tools
- Experience in Intercompany end to end processes
