Job Description Summary:

The position provides process management leadership and training. He/ She supports the department in development and maintaining of processes and ensures effective communication of Leadership Model, scorecard and process management with team members or appropriate levels of staffing. This position understands and communicates Customer Service goals of the organization. He/ She provides process support for Departmental processes with measurement techniques to ensure program alignment with OhioHealth scorecard and values. In addition, he/she manages all daily activities of the department and supports development and deployment of throughput processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Required)

In lieu of degree, must have High school diploma or GED and four years environmental services Experience with at least three years in a leadership role; or equivalent combination of and Experience
