$91,200 - $120,000
Summary
The Site Director of Operations leads all production, warehouse, transportation, and facility activities to ensure the accurate, efficient, and safe movement of products to customers. This role maintains a strong, hands‑on presence across all shifts, supporting teams directly on the floor and adapting to business needs with full schedule flexibility. The Director drives KPI performance, operational reliability, and regulatory and food safety compliance while fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement. Working closely with cross‑functional partners, this leader builds high‑performing teams and ensures coordinated, cost‑effective operations that deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
