About the job:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to achieve the most appropriate sourcing, evaluation, and selection of the most qualified and diverse talent

  • Partner with business / functional heads to facilitate recruitment process, hire the most suitable talents with understanding of business direction

  • Develop and implement talent pipeline that ensures future talent needs are being met and a continuous flow of candidates is established via recruitment tactics, proactive recruiting sourcing

  • Utilize innovative sourcing strategies and all recruitment channels including advertisement, search firms, websites, and unsolicited recruitment management to effectively source from social networking channels.

  • Develop and expand predatory recruiting capability, including partnering with related associations, networks, tech schools, and attending career events to drive pipeline/predatory/ passive/ and referral recruiting efforts.

  • Effectively markets the Company as employer of choice, leveraging the brand.

  • Manage the best practices, source effectiveness, and advise the businesses on hiring trends in marketplace

  • Proactively to meet sourcing objectives to contacts, leads, interviews, hires, market penetration, cost savings, improve time and quality of fill up vacancies performing full recruitment to onboarding process

  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and hiring practices and continuously leverage the system to manage the entire candidate process.

  • Ad hoc recruitment related projects in collaboration with Talent & Culture Asia team
