Job Title: SAP Procurement Senior Analyst - Sourcing, Contract, Downstream Execution

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Procurement Senior Analyst to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing procurement processes, focusing on sourcing, contract management, and downstream execution. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP procurement modules and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and effective procurement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Procurement Process Management:
Lead and manage end-to-end sourcing activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and procurement strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify sourcing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and execute procurement plans.
Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiations, and selection processes to ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement.
Contract Management:
Oversee the creation, negotiation, and management of procurement contracts within SAP.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Monitor contract performance and manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
Downstream Execution:
Manage the execution of procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement transactions in SAP.
Collaborate with finance and accounts payable teams to resolve any discrepancies in invoices and payments.
SAP System Optimization:
Act as a subject matter expert for SAP procurement modules, including SAP Ariba, SAP MM, and other relevant tools.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize procurement operations.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP procurement functionalities.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Generate and present reports on procurement performance, supplier performance, and cost analysis to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, and operations, to align procurement activities with business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaborations
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP procurement, with a focus on sourcing, contract management, and downstream execution.
Proficiency in SAP procurement modules (e.g., SAP Ariba, SAP MM).
Strong understanding of procurement processes, policies, and best practices.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP certification in procurement-related modules.
Experience in the implementation or optimization of SAP procurement systems.
Knowledge of local procurement regulations and compliance requirements in Egypt.
