• Preparing documentation and assisting in researching, compiling, proofreading, and editing reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, and other relevant documents.
• Responding to manager and/or employee queries and managing both incoming and outgoing correspondence for the business.
• Acting as local support for all administration activities.
• Maintaining records/databases/filing systems/archives in electronic and/or hard copy format.

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven administrative or office support experience.
• Skilled in responding to queries and managing both incoming and outgoing business correspondence.
• Capable of providing location-based support for all administration activities.
• Competence in maintaining databases, filing systems, and archives in electronic and hard copy formats.
• Strong capability to manage multiple administrative tasks effectively and accurately.
