MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:

Function focuses mainly on After Sales Service

1. Trains all new Junior Customer Care Officer giving emphasis to proper account servicing procedures.
2. Conducts regular update on the Aftersales deliverables of the accounts handled by the Junior Customer Care Officers.
3. Conducts regular update on the Renewal and Non-Renewal status of all accounts.
4. Monitors and updates the aftersales unit reports ensuring its accuracy and efficiency.
5. Visiting customers for the provision of one-to-one service and developing complaints or feedback procedures for the use of clients.
6. Monitors closely the daily activities (log-in, breaks, log-out, overtime work, change of schedule, unaccounted time, leave filing) of JCCOs and reports habitual delinquencies to Business Development Manager.
7. Monitors and checks the representations being requested by the JCCOs.
8. Provides feedback and follow up on the performance of tasks of the JCCOs.
9. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
