Responsible for the provision of assessment and treatment for clients receiving outpatient therapy at Holland Hospital. Utilizing a collaborative effort, provides intake assessment, develops a treatment plan, implements the plan, adjusts treatment as necessary and develops a discharge plan. Coordinates with physicians, insurers and family/significant others as required or requested by the client. Coordinates a range of services as needed to provide individualized and Person-Centered Treatment including individual, family and group therapy. Is responsible for obtaining the appropriate authorizations and completing all associated documentation in a timely manner. Maintains current licensing/certifications and credentials and maintains knowledge of current trends and developments in the field. This position must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and service appropriate to the age of the patients served in his/her area.Employment Type: Full Time, 72 hours every two weeks
Requirements: Masters Degree from an accredited program in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, Michigan LMSW, LLP, or LPC, Experience in Psychosocial Assessment, Treatment Planning and Psychotherapy, including DBT and/or CBT orientations, at least 2 years of experience preferred.
