Primary Function:

Associate Analyst will be responsible for providing critical analysis and reporting to support the manufacturing, transport and logistics operations of the company.

Educational Background:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field

Experience:

  • 0-3 years of experience in a materials analysis or reporting role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insightful recommendations
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Analyse inventory levels, material consumption, and production data to identify trends and optimise supply chain efficiency
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on materials management, including forecasting, procurement, and inventory control
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve material-related issues and bottlenecks
  • Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track materials performance and support data-driven decision making
  • Provide input on materials planning, purchasing, and logistics to improve overall operational effectiveness
