The role of Marketing Automation Specialist will be a Fixed Term Contract - We have 2 roles available, one for for 9 months and one for 12 months.

They will both be working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We can offer hybrid working between home and our Head Office in Skipton, North Yorkshire with the expectation that you would be onsite for a minimum of 1 day per week.

The role of Marketing Automation Specialist sits within our Marketing Technology function within the wider Marketing Team. The team you will be joining is well established and working on key initiatives due to the focus Skipton Building Society is placing on putting Customers at the heart of everything we do. The team includes

A Senior Marketing Automation Specialist

A Marketing Technology Lead

A Tag Management specialist

A Marketing Technology Change Lead

A Marketing Technology Data Lead

This team is a delivery function for marketing, operational and other multi channel communications whilst also are enablers for ensuring that our technology capabilities enable activity across the society.

The role of Marketing Automation Specialist will be for a Fixed Term Contract of 9 months. We’re happy for someone to work from our newly refurbished head office or hybrid with one day per week at head office to allow for collaboration. The hours of work are 35 per week, Monday to Friday with a salary of up to £33,795 depending on experience.

What Will You Be Doing?

You will be taking ownership on specific campaigns and your organisational skills will allow you to ensure the campaigns are delivered within specified timescales, negotiating, and influencing where necessary.

You’ll work with external partners and agencies to see how we can improve specific processes within the team and within our Adobe campaign tool such as automation.

You’ll interpret data for the benefit of our customers, and you will have the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders and colleagues within this analytical yet people-focused role.

You’ll provide key information to a range of stakeholders across the organisation, including the interpretation of customer data to help them make decisions about campaigns they are supporting.
