5. Working Period: 8–10 weeks (mid or late June 2026 – late August or mid September 2026)

[Summary]

The intern will work closely with Strategy Insights and Analytics team to support CRM-related initiatives, digital transformation, data-driven initiatives and cross-functional collaboration projects. This role focuses on leveraging data analytics and emerging AI tools to analyze market insights and develop CRM-related initiatives. The intern will gain hands-on experience in real-life data analytics while contributing to forward-looking, high-impact projects.

[Responsibilities]

- Develop CRM-related initiatives to support business insights analysis  

- Support digital transformation projects to improve internal workflows and decision-making

- Develop dashboards to translate data into actionable insights

- Conduct market analysis to support long-term strategies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven or technology-enabled projects

- Support ad hoc analytical requests and automation related tasks as needed

[Requirements]

- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed

- Familiarity with data visualization/reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and programming languages (e.g. Python, etc.)  

- Agility in leveraging AI or related analytics tools to translate data into clear insights

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new skills

- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English

[Preferred]

- Experience in data analytics, CRM-related or digital transformation projects

- Curious and knowledgeable about analytics and AI tools

- Ability to work in agile environment and collaborate across teams
