Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand requirements, coordinating development activities, and ensuring that the solutions meet the desired objectives. You will oversee the application s architecture and functionality, guiding the team to deliver high-quality software that aligns with business needs. This role requires proactive communication and problem-solving to maintain smooth progress and address any challenges that arise during development.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure timely delivery of software components while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and understanding.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to optimize functionality and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, customization, and integration capabilities.
- Experience in designing and implementing workflows, forms, and custom web parts within SharePoint Online.
- Familiarity with client-side scripting languages such as JavaScript and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SharePoint Online environments.
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud-based application development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
