This growing company is looking to add a motivated and willing individual to join their established Marketing team.

You will be working with an established Marketing function who have many years between them so this will give you a real chance to learn and develop from experienced people in the business.

We are seeking a passionate Marketer to join our team. This role focuses on assisting and supporting of the wider marketing team. As well as keeping customers information clean and up to date, you will help support with the preparation of marketing campaigns and analysing their success

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with details and wants to learn about marketing and customer data. This part-time role is perfect for part time students, those returning to work, or anyone wanting to move into an office-based marketing position. Full training will be provided - no prior experience with our systems is required.

Office located in Preston – The role is remote/hybrid and office based with a minimum of 3 days working in the office.

What will you be doing?

• Customer Information Management: You'll help keep our customer information up-to-date and accurate, working as part of our supportive Data Team to handle updates and maintain high-quality records.
• Supporting Marketing Campaigns: You'll assist with preparing and analysing marketing campaigns across different channels, helping to create customer lists and reviewing how well campaigns performed.
• Data Organisation & Analysis: You'll help organise customer information to support various marketing activities, assist with monthly reports, and contribute to research that helps us understand our customers better.
• Working with Others: You'll collaborate with different teams across the company and sometimes work with external suppliers, helping to coordinate data-related projects and ensure we follow data protection rules.
• Process Improvement: You'll help identify ways to make our processes better and contribute to new projects that improve how we manage customer information and run campaigns in compliance with GDPR.

What about you?

• Attention to detail - you notice the small things and like to get things right
• Good organisational skills - you can handle multiple tasks and stay on top of priorities
• Basic computer skills - comfortable with Microsoft Excel, and ideally MS Access (we'll teach you the advanced bits!) Familiarity with Salesforce would be an advantage but isn’t essential.
• Willingness to learn - curious about data and marketing with a positive attitude
• Good communication - able to work well with team members and other departments
• Interest in marketing - keen to learn how marketing works
• No prior experience required - we'll provide full training on all our systems and processes
