Senior Financial Analyst - CAPEX Lead

Description -

Job Summary

  • Coordination of CAPEX plans for all Ink Supplies WW Factories, ie: HPMM, Singapore and Corvallis factories as well as 3 Regional Product Completion Centers serving Instant Ink kitting and Pen packaging.
  • Support to evaluation of CAPEX investment strategy effectiveness for New technology development (primarily Gen5) and Refresh / Obsolescence of existing assets base.
  • Depending on the profile, additional activity can be added in support of HPMM factory operation relative to COS management.



Responsibilities

If you are our Supply Chain Financial Analyst, you will have a chance to:

  • Support Ink Supplies Operation on key deliverables of planning and reporting: Forecast / Flash, Monthly CAPEX review, budgeting and long-term planning.
  • Ensure proper processing of Investment approval gating (aka investment committee) and follow up of its execution.
  • Support transformation and investments projects (e.g. footprint optimization, CAPEX investments) and provide business advisory on decisions based on Financial ROIC
  • Coordinate Operations to execute Fixed Asset verification and CWIP review for proper financial risk assessment. Help link with Balance Sheet asset aging compliance controls.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with CAPEX leads to guide and influence decision-making.
  • Support policy and process improvement to ensure US GAAP and SOX financial compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design, with a maximized leverage on business automation capabilities.


Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
