What you will be doing:
As an integral part of a fast-paced, progressive Human Resource team, this highly visible position will counsel and partner with managers and executives on strategic staffing and sourcing strategies for professional and management/director level positions. This individual is responsible for providing total talent solutions to assigned business units, including direct responsibility for executing all aspects of the staffing process to fill specific openings.
Primary Responsibilities include:
• Strategic staffing and sourcing strategies with managers and executives
• Alignment/formulation of job descriptions with Human Resources Consultants and Compensation
• Full life-cycle recruiting; sourcing, screening, qualifying and closing- candidates
• Accurate and timely reporting and analysis
• Extensive client interaction while promoting employer brand
• Full life-cycle staffing process management
• Behavioral interviewing and selection (including effective pre-screening)
Key Responsibilities
Position Recruitment– 50%
Manage multiple jobs across the enterprise - typically below the Vice President level
Collaborate with HRBP and senior recruiting team members to understand the business to which they are aligned and engage in EU meetings as appropriate to maintain and further business acumen (e.g., field meetings)
Work with Human Resources Business Partners, Business Leaders and Compensation team on new positions, redefining existing positions and staff reorganizations to align accordingly prior to start of recruitment efforts
Manage applicants through the recruitment process using an applicant tracking system
Pre-screen applicants through phone and in-person interviews
Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs and make recommendations and candidate presentations to hiring managers
Drive and manage the interview process to ensure timely responses to all parties and to keep momentum throughout the interview/hiring process
Arrange interviews between hiring managers and candidates and, when necessary, assist in coordinating travel and lodging arrangements.
Effectively facilitate the debrief and decision-making process with business leaders to include gathering of written feedback, coordinating debrief discussions, and moving interviewers to decision
Perform pre-screens and reference checks
Provide exceptional service and counsel to internal candidates
Pipeline Development and Maintenance – 40%
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates, contacts, and resources
Identify potential candidates, conduct informational interviews, keep up-to-date notes on areas of potential job matches, candidate interests, relocation availability, etc.
Participate in external and internal recruiting events to expand awareness of Premier to potential candidates
Network with community and professional organizations
Compliance and Reporting – 5%
Ensure that all HR related paperwork is accurately distributed and collected in a timely manner
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System and weekly progress reports
Other Duties– 5%
Participate in recruiting-related training for hiring managers
Help guide and orchestrate on-boarding activities for new hires
Provide guidance and mentorship to other Recruiters
Required Qualifications
Work Experience:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree
