The Opportunity:
Maintain security clearance records and processes security clearance documents for personnel requiring access under government contracts and subcontracts. Protect classified government information and monitor security procedures, ensuring compliance with all aspects of the program including personnel, physical and administrative security systems and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Security prescreens for new hire candidates.

  • Personnel security clearance packages electronic application systems (eQIP) and Standard Form 86 processing.

  • Polygraph appointment scheduling and Client/IC badge and indoctrination requests  

  • Business and personal UFT requests  

  • Adverse reporting in compliance with government requirements and corporate guidelines

  • Compliance with personnel security records and security database system management (CAST, eCPRL, CCIL, JPAS, DISS) Clearance certification, visit requests, visit authorization, badging, and access control.   

  • Security briefings, debriefings, out processing, and security awareness training

  • Subcontractor security liaison handling FCL sponsorship requests, subcontractor company DD254s, annual subcontractor DD254 review, subcontractor AWOL incidents, and maintain accurate subcontractor security records for personnel and sub company data.  

  • Assist with developing, reviewing, and maintaining security operating procedures and subcontractor security program manual.   

  • Processing incoming and outgoing classified documents and materials.  

  • Demonstrated expertise utilizing DISS, JPAS, and Scattered Castles.  Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive actions.

  • Provide facility security support to include alarm checks, program access controls, alarm response and issuing badges.   

  • Help conduct annual security self-reviews and follow up on corrective actions. Prepare and submit Initial, Reinstatements, Crossovers, Nomination Letters, and maintain eCPRLs electronically.   

  • Ensure all SF86s (word document or eQIP) are reviewed for accuracy prior to submission.  

  • Provide security indoctrinations, debriefings, and annual refresher trainings.


Qualifications:
Required: 

  • 4 + years of security related experience

  • Current TS/SCI government clearance with poly


Desired:

  • Bachelor’s degree in security or a related field

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$59,100 - $124,100
