Job Description

Position: Maintenance Shift leader

• Leading shift-based maintenance crew to implement the maintenance process and maintain the assets operation.
• Ensure all operations and maintenance activities are executed properly and in time.
• Focusing on Team performance and shift activities in accordance with the planned tasks.
• Manage and maintain the system / asset performance based on the maintenance activities.
• Assuring the team and asset compliancy for HSE standards.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree of (Electro-Mechanical) Engineering.

Key Experience:

• 5 years of Electro-mechanical Maintenance Knowledge
• 2 Years of Leading role with multidisciplinary functions
