Operations Manager

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Organizing and leading of activities in production, maintenance and manufacturing dept.
  • Cooperation on new investments within his/her scope of responsibility, support during preparation of new investments
  • Responsibility for respecting of all rules, procedures and guidelines within his/her area
  • Responsibility for products quality, support during implementation of improvement actions and measures
  • Deputy of Plant Manager, replacement of managers reporting to him/her
  • Leading CI & Cost saving initiatives within their relevant departments.
  • Responsible for issue resolution & problem solving in your department and the correct use of industry standard  tools such as 8D

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

  • University degree - mechanical engineering/economics
  • Experience in team management
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar position – manufacturing / production / leading of a small plant
  • Organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of English (on a communication level) and Hungarian (mother tongue)
  • Standard PC skills, experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
