ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Ensure revenue growth across the Southeast region.
  • Identify, pursue, and manage national account opportunities, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned national customers
  • Balance leadership responsibilities with individual contributor responsibilities focused on strategic, high-value national accounts
  • Partner with Operations to identify market expansion opportunities, improve customer experience, and support achievement of company revenue goals
  • Assess market performance by analyzing revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention metrics
  • Lead customer retention initiatives and proactively address risks to account longevity
  • Host and lead weekly sales team meetings focused on performance, priorities, and development
  • Stay current on industry trends and clearly articulate how Protech’s solutions address evolving customer needs
  • Represent Protech professionally with customers, at meetings, and at industry events as assigned
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
