This role drives Marketplace GMV for Tier 2 sellers to achieve business targets. The position involves analyzing weekly reports to influence decision-making and working cross-functionally with associates in Ecommerce, including Site Experience, Marketing, Marketplace Operations, Business Development, and Merchandising.
The role may involve triaging and managing partner support escalations to maintain trust and enable seller success. Additionally, this role may decide on top items to feature in various marketing tools and work with business partners to execute these plans. Developing and managing tactical action plans for site improvements to enhance conversion rates is also a key responsibility.
As an escalation point for all customer inquiries and requests, this role works with sellers to ensure customers have a great experience. Onboarding new seller partners to drive growth is another critical aspect of this role. The position may also handle additional responsibilities as needed to support overall business goals.
