Position Summary


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Production Supervisor to lead our production operations and ensure optimal efficiency, quality, and safety. This role is responsible for supervising production team members, managing daily activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. As a key leader, you will foster a positive work environment, build a cohesive team, and set the standard for operational excellence in a high-paced manufacturing setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Lean Manufacturing certifications and experience implementing TPS methodologies
  • Lines Balance experience
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with expertise in root cause analysis
  • Experience managing budgets and improving production efficiency through continuous improvement projects

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or other technical engineering discipline
  • Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, including assembly line and torque process
  • Hands-on experience with line balancing and compliance with safety and quality standards

Position Overview


The Senior Production Supervisor will engage and motivate the production team to create a productive and enjoyable work environment. You will own and enforce line standards for safety, quality, and operational performance while identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing tools. Responsibilities include managing workshop production efficiency, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring projects are completed within quoted and budgeted hours.

You will oversee compliance with environmental, productivity, quality, and health & safety standards, prepare and maintain production reports, and take corrective actions when necessary. Additional duties include promoting Total Productive Maintenance procedures, improving working processes, monitoring attendance, and training operators on products and processes. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to synthesize complex data to drive strategic decisions in a fast-paced, high-technology manufacturing environment.
