Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular internal food safety audits, issues report for follow-up and tracks audit results to the outlet managers

• Coordinate and conducts food safety audits with third party inspectors, such as government authorities, consultants, and insurance companies

• Conduct food safety related trainings regularly

• Provide advice and support on kitchen equipment design, events, banquets and promotions held in outlets

• Conduct food and water sampling and testing in the company laboratory

• Provide monthly report on food safety audit results and sample testing results

• Conduct regular off-property supplier audits and issues reports on the food safety quality of the suppliers

• Keep track on the local and global serious food safety-related and product recall incidents, and provides timely updates to the Food & Beverage and Purchasing teams

Job Requirements:

• 1 year or above experience in food safety management in restaurants, hotels, food possessing or laboratory preferred

• Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Microbiology or equivalent

• Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese

• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO22000 or equivalent will be an advantage

• With detailed-oriented and excellent communication skills

• Capable of independently conducting audits, preparing detailed reports, investigate food safety incidents and handling food safety issues in a prioritized, proactive and preventive manner

• Hands-on laboratory operation experience will be preferred

• Valid driver’s license required
