Job Title: Service Architect

Job Description Summary: The Service Architect is responsible for designing and developing IT architecture solutions that integrate processes, applications, data, and technology to address business challenges. This role involves technical planning, architecture development, and creating product and service specifications to ensure compatibility and seamless integration across technologies.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design, implement, and optimize infrastructure solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior architects on infrastructure initiatives and projects.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Provide guidance to junior team members to foster their development.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for successful project outcomes.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure.
• Assist in managing vendor relationships and maintaining service quality.
• Contribute to the development and enforcement of infrastructure standards and best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure technologies.
• Proficiency with architecture platforms, virtualization, and configuration management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.

Other Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
• Basic scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) are a plus.
