An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Credit Enablement team. As an Assistant Domain Manager - Credit Platforms, you’ll help deliver continuous improvement of the core credit platform, nCino, that underpins core services of the Corporate and Commercial bank.

You’ll work with a variety of different teams who combine to manage and support the ongoing activities of the domain’s systems and processes. You’ll assist in the management and delivery of projects which develop and enhance the various domain’s functionality and proposition.

You’ll be at the forefront of creating of an exceptional, world class customer credit journey.

The difference you’ll make:

  • Focussing on the technical delivery of change activity and projects related to the end-to-end credit processes

  • Supporting the management of, curating of and improvements to the proposition supported by the domain, in line with the banks’ priorities and wider digital strategy

  • Supporting the development of the relevant technologies and platforms pertinent to the domain

  • Utilising effective change management disciplines to enable successful project delivery

  • Creating effective working relationships and collaborating with domain stakeholders in the delivery of all change activity

  • Delivering change by utilising the eco-system and architecture to achieve the optimal delivery of the intended business outcome, balancing the short and medium-term strategies


What you’ll bring:

These are the essential requirements you need to be successful in this role:

  • In depth understanding of the credit journey including knowledge of relevant regulation and best practices

  • Previous domain platform and technology experience with demonstrable experience of nCino or Salesforce

It would also be nice for you to have:

  • Knowledge of corporate banking products, modern software, cloud and integration solutions

  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills

  • Proven track record of preparing and delivering presentations

  • Understanding of digital solutions within a corporate banking environment

What else you need to know:

This role can be based in London, Milton Keynes, Bradford, Glasgow or Sheffield.

To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).
