Alliance Ground International (AGI), a leader in ground handling services, is looking for a Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Supervisor to oversee our maintenance operations at Edmonton International Airport (YEG). About the Role:
As a GSE Supervisor, you will manage a team of skilled mechanics responsible for maintaining and repairing essential ground support equipment. Your leadership will ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency in day-to-day operations, supporting the critical work of our airport services team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and Motivate: Supervise and mentor a team of GSE mechanics, ensuring high performance and teamwork.
• Oversee Maintenance: Manage inspections, repairs, and servicing of ground support equipment, such as tugs, belt loaders, and baggage carts.
• Plan Operations: Schedule and prioritize daily maintenance tasks to align with operational needs.
• Ensure Compliance: Uphold safety standards and adhere to all regulatory and manufacturer guidelines.
• Inventory Management: Monitor parts and tools, coordinating with procurement to maintain stock levels.
• Track Progress: Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and equipment performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in GSE maintenance (supervisory experience is a plus).
• Technical Expertise: Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Safety Focus: Familiarity with aviation safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications are an asset).
