Job Summary

The associate fitness center coordinator is responsible for providing wellness/fitness center members, prospective members and visitors with a warm greeting, accurate product and service information and a timely, personal response to requests and/or customer service issues. Consistently provides outstanding customer service in a variety of settings and roles including but not limited to the welcome center (check-in, cafe, pro shop), fitness floor, locker rooms and over-all facility presentation. Supports membership enrollment as appropriate.


Qualifications
  • Required High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of relevant experience customer service in a high volume service industry. Preferred
  • Demonstrated work experience with cash handling, accounting and data entry systems. Preferred
  • Prior experience and or familiarity with the fitness / wellness industry Preferred
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 60 Days required Or
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 60 Days required
