Responsibilities:

1. Conduct daily field visits (As per approved plan) to existing clients and ensure the acquisition of new ones.

2. Follow up and resolve any client issues and keep the direct manager informed of any market updates.

3. Utilize company devices and systems to record visit details and product availability via handheld devices, and maintain client records, sales data and other required tasks.

4. Achieve monthly sales targets (quantity/value) by category and product type, and process client returns where applicable.

5. Stock and arrange products on client shelves according to the planogram, while maintaining and maximizing available space.

Qualifications:

Professional Experience and Education

• at least secondary school degree (higher education is an advantage)

• 0-2 years of FMCG Field Sales experience

Specific Knowlegde

• up to date market knowledge

• understanding merchandizing processes

• understanding sales tools & practices

Specific Skills

• excellent verbal communication skills

• self-motivated and organised individual

• ability to build relationship with key contacts

• entrepreneurial-minded
